a chaos harness / likely futile, but interesting
This page obeys the second law. Every visit adds a little noise and nothing ever resets, so the version you're looking at right now is the most ordered it'll ever be.
Connecting to the shared record.
The amount of disorder in the universe only goes up. Everything you build leaks into it. Plans branch, agents spawn agents, and none of those branches resolve themselves. The only constant is change and increasing complexity.
Entropic is a harness for that, which isn't the same as a cage. You put a harness on something you can't tame so it pulls in a direction. Chaos goes in, a few durable things come out, and we charge for the conversion rate. Likely futile, but interesting.
We didn't launch. By nature of entropy the cat's now out of the bag and it's already creating randomness everywhere.
What survives the harness is small: a verified change, a decision with its cost attached, something a person signs with their own name. Which at the very least can make for great art. Art, we learned this week, is a very durable thing.
The sentences with a line under them were typed by a person and don't decay. Everything else on this page is fair game.
